The ReQorder feature lets you store Qortal related data in a database according to your preferences. You can then set up alerts or view a graphical representation of that data using the charting feature.
The first step in starting a ReQording session is to select the 'Databases' item in the navigator tree.
If this is the first time you select that item you'll be offered the choice in the options panel to select whether to use the Local mode or the Remote mode.
If you choose 'Local mode', ReQorder will scan your databases folder and add any existing database to the navigator tree. If it finds no databases, you can either create a new one or import an existing one.
The 'create' and 'import' database options, as well as the 'switch mode' options are accessible by clicking the 'Databases' item in the navigator tree.
When you select a database item, the options panel will present you with a number of options pertaining to that database. There are some checkboxes which will allow you to choose which data to store in the selected database. The hour and minute spinner will allow you to set the interval at which ReQorder will take a snapshot of the Qortal data, the minimum is 1 minute and the maximum is 24 hours. The shorter the interval, the more entries per day and the bigger your database will become.
Changing the update interval will not affect the data stored in the selected database so you can change that any time.
Changing any of the other preferences will affect the table entries which means new tables will need to be created and all the old tables containing the data stored on that database will be deleted. If you want to keep that data it's better to create a new database with your desired preferences.
The 'Manage Watchlists' button will open the watchlists manager, where you can specify which addresses you want to keep track of.
The 'Start ReQording' or 'Stop ReQording' buttons speak for themselves. Note that when you start a ReQording session, your ReQording preferences will be saved before the session starts. When a ReQording is in session, you'll note that the selected database in the navigator tree will turn red and change its icon.
